Happy May everyone! As you know the month of May remains to be very special. It reminds me of the May Day Celebrations and school graduations so unique to the Hawaiian Islands, and of course, the beautiful sweet-smelling flowers we are so accustomed to seeing and wearing. What does it take to produce such beauty this time of the year?

Take a few moments to ponder. Seemingly, nature just takes care of it and this holds true to some extent. It takes proper care, soil, and nurturing for perfect growth and development. As financial managers and support management, your end product doesn't just happen. There are a lot of processes and controls that must be in place daily, year in and year out to produce financial efficiency and improvement. Have you achieved your goals?
